The Semi-Submarine Experience
The semi-submarine offers a unique maritime experience, featuring an upper and lower deck. Passengers are seated on the upper deck during the journey, and once the vessel reaches the reef, they descend to the lower deck for an immersive underwater exploration.
The air-conditioned observation deck is situated 1.8 meters beneath the surface, where guests are seated in front of a large glass window measuring 1 meter by 1.25 meters. Each window accommodates two seats, with a total of 34 comfortable seating arrangements. The design ensures ample space for personal belongings, such as a large camera bag or even a child seated at one’s feet.
The journey lasts approximately two hours, with one hour submerged underwater. This duration allows passengers to admire the stunning underwater world, teeming with a diverse array of fish species.
While it is possible to capture images through the windows, the use of flash photography is discouraged. Passengers should be aware that photographs may exhibit a blue tint due to light reflection, which can enhance the overall aesthetic of the underwater scenery.
